ONLINE COURSES
Some favorites back just in time for spooky Season!
It's been nearly two years since I last offered a teaching, and something in me just knew it was time to return. These topics have been brewing in my mind for a while now, and I truly hope to see some of you there for our live online meetings. Recordings will also be available for those who cannot make it live. If any of these speak to you, grab a seat.

The parts we play: Archetypes, fragmentation and the parts of ourselves we develop to stay safe.
The psyche isn't one unified "me." It's more like a household or ensemble, and the parts that run the show were often formed in response to what we needed to survive, belong, or be loved. part has a positive intent. Nothing in us is there to ruin us, even when the strategy is outdated or costly.
In this course, we explore the idea that we're made up of many "parts," from universal archetypes to the protective roles we developed early on to stay safe and loved. We learn to meet those parts with curiosity instead of judgment, so we can understand what they're doing for us and build a steadier relationship with the whole ensemble.

From the Ambulance to the Therapist's Chair: A Conversation on Ancestral Medicine.
This conversation is led by Dante, a psychotherapist and ancestral medicine facilitator with over a decade of experience supporting people through life's hardest passages, and Danny McAtee, a retired first responder with more than two decades in public health, international humanitarian relief, and emergency medical services, including a long career as an EMT, firefighter, and paramedic with the San Francisco Fire Department. Years on the front lines taught Danny that the hardest wounds often don't show up on a monitor, and his own recovery from the cumulative trauma of emergency work led him into older traditions of healing, including long-standing relationships with sacred plant medicine and his path as a priest of Oyá in the Afro-Cuban Lucumí tradition. Together, Dante and Danny bring a clinical and mental health lens alongside deep lived experience to a relaxed, open conversation where all questions are welcome and no experience is needed.

Psychic protection for the empath and healing practitioner
This workshop is a trauma-informed approach to psychic protection for empaths, healers, therapists, and spiritual practitioners. Instead of the fear-based, "battle the darkness" lens popularized by horror films, we draw on psychology, Indigenous and shamanic perspectives, and energetic practices to explore a gentler idea: that symptoms, energies, and even spirits are forms of information rather than enemies. You'll learn to tell passive energetic influence from active influence, and to respond with the R.A.W.R. method. You'll practice an energy signature meditation, work with protective prayers, song, crystals, herbs, and wards, and strengthen your nervous system as the foundation of discernment. Along the way, we look at the overlap between soul fragmentation and parts work, and why "fixing" and "rescuing" can undermine both clients and practitioners. You'll finish by designing your own Architecture of Well-Being, a personalized set of 5-7 sustainable practices that support your clarity, boundaries, and sovereignty.
