HELLO THERE…

My story is what shaped me. I am a survivor of complex trauma, including ritual abuse. I left a ranch, entered foster care, was told I wouldn’t graduate — and went on to earn two Master’s degrees. I moved countries, wrote a book, birthed my daughter at home. I know what it means to survive the unimaginable. Healing becomes possible when someone finally feels seen.

I don’t label techniques. I embody trauma-informed care because of my experiences, not in spite of them. I’ve worked in prisons, domestic violence intervention, Child Protective Services. This is my calling: to be a sacred witness.
